Shock and Awe not stacking

The Shock and Awe blessing for Thunder Hammer is not applying more than 1 stack. I can get a group of groaners to 1 hp and despite killing them all in one swing, the buff icon does not increase count, and I do eventually run out of cleave after expecting to reach infinite cleave after 4 kills.

Normal… 0.5 seconds is less than the time you need to hit again with the hammer

Is Shock and Awe only suppose to last 0.5 seconds?

Shock & Awe -25-40% Enemy Hit Mass for 0.5 seconds on kill. Stacks 5 times. Thunderhammer takes roughly 0.5 to 0.75 seconds to complete a swing, which means this blessing will never get stacked. Did someone misplace a decimal so it only lasts 0.5 seconds instead of 5 seconds? I can see the intent of having the hammer cleave harder and harder as you wade through a horde, but in it’s current state, the blessing does nothing.

And this is terribly difficult to fix… they have to modify one value in one file. So, don’t expect it fixed until next year
