Issue Description:
Sometimes volley fire will not refresh at all when killing designated enemies, it also won’t highlight the enemies of that specific feat from time to time. I’m not sure if this is intended as well but Sustained Fire doesn’t refill your magazine on refresh either which makes it a little useless atm.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Play any mission as a level 30 Sharpshooter after picking one of the 30 feats
- Activate volley fire a few times and use it
