The Psyker hood has its colors inverted - from black with red accents to red with black accents

The battle axe skin is not for the battle axe but the tactical axe - every other weapon skin is named after the weapon its actually equipable one

No but seriously they probably just got these fresh from the sweatshop and didn’t bother ‘fixing’ the mistakes or didn’t have the time cuz everyone’s on vacation.

Also, in addition to the things brought up in the original post, I actually can’t buy anything. I can’t purchase more Aquillas; it just says “Communicating with Fatshark Store” and gets stuck in an endless loop of:
