Service Update Failed

Error - SERVER ERROR
Every time i launch the game on official server, EAC pops up and shows me “Service update failed” and i cannot launch the game.

No, I don’t use mods

I can play normally on the other service but this is my first time trying to launch the game on official server but it isn’t letting me.
I tried repairing the EAC through E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\installers\EasyAntiCheat which is my installed destination of the game. it isn’t working.

Please try this:

1. Navigate to: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\EasyAntiCheat
2. Delete the ‘Certificates’ directory
3. Navigate to: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\installers\EasyAntiCheat
4. Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup installer and proceed as instructed
5. Then use the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ option: [PC] How to ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ via Steam

tried all the steps you have given me and the error still persists. are there anymore solutions that i can try ?
