Serious performance issues with RX 9060XT 16gb card

Issue Description (Required):

Having serious performance stuttering & horrific lag when opening up the cosmetics or character customization menus with my 9060. It takes about 1s for every icon to load. I did not have this issue with the same system but with a GTX 1080TI

I also have a lot of hitches and stutters when mid match as well. The graphic settings don’t seem to have any bearing on this

I know there’s the thread for the 9070, unsure if I should have added that there or just report that here.

I also noticed I sometimes get a lot of broken textures which also lag considerably when that happens.

No other game has this issue that I’ve played. Darktide is the only one. I have no performance issues with any other game.

Attempted Solutions (Optional):

Updated drivers to 25.6.1
Uninstalled all old Nvidia drivers
SMT on/off makes no difference
Ray tracing disabled

Tried playing around with different settings, resolutions, etc.

AMD drivers are just absolutely chalked for this game, and they have been for over a year.

AMD has released driver 25.6.2 which helps 9000 series cards but doesn’t fix the core AMD issue. They have at least acknowledged its an issue though.

There is an issue with ‘Global Illumination’ not working with AMD (its NVIDIA RTX propietary garbage). The only solution to fixing stutters while waiting for AMD to fix it driver wise is to download the more graphics options mod and completely disable Global Illumination.

Just tried it, unfortunately not much. I got maybe a 2fps boost in moving around but the cosmetics/penance menu is still excruciatingly slow

What I’ve noticed is if I load the game and immediately start looking around cosmetics/penances then it’s very smooth. But then once I’ve been in game for like, maybe 30-45s then it starts lagging horribly.
