I’ve been playing with Victor for a long time and would like to give some opinions on the new changes.
Warrior Priest
“Divine Excoriation”: I believe it is completely unnecessary to make this talent simply disappear from the game, as in addition to having a very cool visual effect, it was an extremely useful talent in some modes such as: event in which enemies split, chaos weastes (Tzeentch ), weave…
The removal of an interesting and fun talent (even though it’s not that good most of the time) is strange to say the least, I believe that the “divine excoriation” talent could easily be added to the level 10 talent: "Unstoppable Force. That would be great, wouldn’t it it would be “OP”, nor would we lose (players) such an interesting talent.
(Even if this effect activates during “Unyielding Blessing” as it looks like it will, I don’t think it will look good.)
Bounty Hunter
I think the nerf to the “Double-shotted” talent was a bit exaggerated, and I believe that getting the “60%” range back will make the talent a bit meaningless, and much like the “Just Reward” talent, I think that a damage reduction would already be a good size… I don’t think this nerf is necessary for this talent, I believe that the basic problem is with the griffin foot weapon, it is OP in the Bounty Hunter.
The “Return on Investment” talent also works in a very strange way, this one should receive a 60% return interval… In general, the Bounty Hunter talents are not in much sync (except “Blessed Combat”)
I already gave some ideas about changes to Bounty Hunter on the forum, I’ll put them here:
BOUNTY HUNTER
Talents:
level 10
WEIGHT OF FIRE: buff, the magazine size of ranged weapons increases the power level of each available ammo by 1.5%. Spending a full cartridge increases reload speed by 20% for 1 second
GROWING STEEL: Rework, now transforms into DIVINE AIM: when hitting a headshot applies unique effects:
Normal SHOT: 15% more damage
Critical SHOT: 20% more damage
SHOT with blessed shot (passive): 35% more damage, the enemy is marked taking 15% more damage from Victor and bleeding to death. (Visual effect on top of the enemy)
OPEN WOUNDS: Rework, now becomes WATCH WEAPONS: Victor’s weapons are modified to:
pistols: increase the attack speed of long-distance attacks by 20%, increase the magazine of weapons by 3x and increase ammo capacity by 60%, but their shots cause 35% less damage, reload twice as many projectiles at a time.
Crossbows: deal 15% more damage, if the damage is critical it deals 10% more damage.
Other: +10% damage
(to remember Victor’s build from end times)
LEVEL 20
REWARD BONUS: Shots affected by Blessed Shots do not consume ammo and the shot gains, armor piercing, +15% damage, and passes through all enemies
LEVEL 25
Rile the Mob: This talent is now LIGHTENED: Victor’s ranged weapon is lit for 13 seconds when a powerful enemy approaches. Illuminated weapon gains armor piercing and automatically reloads gradually (visual effect, the weapon becomes slightly shiny and bullets come out gold)
Blessed shot now has golden coloring.
