Because the Zarona is actually Revolver Ocelot’s Colt Single Action Army in 40k. There is nothing more exhilarating than sliding a bullet into a well greased chamber. Are you the one that the boss keeps talking about?

first - balance issues. as well as grenades you need to manage your time between time for a reloading and time for engaging in battle for a reward in big damage
second - agripinaa quickdraw has it, same for sake of balance
third - 41st millenia in a place, where scrap worth more value than many humans living, so its reasonable why you, as a (previously) prisoner, dont get a speedloader, that can be used for more important people than you
and, at the end - reloading each bullet looks way cooler and badass, as you take your time to kill someone

the revolver taking a long time to reload is definitely part of its balance
Dang it, I know you’re joking but all I can think is I’m so glad we don’t have to use a loading gate like a colt single action anything.
I have a reproduction of a colt navy cartridge conversion, and the thing is a absolute misery to load. It’s better then cap and ball, but not by that much.
