Imagine thinking something like this is what the devs need to focus on right now. There is way more important features that need to be released.

Edit - not a single person has said this should be what the devs focus on right now. It’s sensible & polite feedback, in a feedback forum, and it’s up to the devs how they priotise it.
Accessibility features should be taken more seriously by the community. They hurt no one and make the game more accessible. The devs, on the other hand, might have to make choices of how hard something is to make.
I’ll pump up all blood and gore, but a colour blind option would be nice. We are all different with different needs.
It’s depressing, seeing folks jump into an accessibility topic and belittle it. It’s like they seriously think ‘It’s not my problem, so no one else should care, either!’
How is it that thinking of others actually makes them so hateful?
I don’t mind the gore or maggots, but such a setting would not affect me in any way, so I’m all for it.

Consumers of a product want the product to be good. That may be “demanding” but it’s completely appropriate. Prioritization is a different matter, but to ask for it to be added to the list? Entirely correct.
Honestly I don’t particularly care one way or the other about a maggot toggle, I’m just bumping because more options are always better than less options
