Purchases & Aquilas
I find myself not liking using the xbox gamepass version of Darktide for various reasons, and want to purchase the Steam version, but I have Masteries, purchased cosmetics, completed penances, unspent Aquilas, and a fully leveled Veteran that I don’t want to start over with. How much can I request to be transferred? Is this something I can request?
I’ve got a similar situation and would like to piggyback off of this thread, I found I was using Gamepass almost exclusively for Darktide and so I decided to simply buy it on Steam rather than pay for a subscription I wasn’t actually using and would like my characters moved over if possible
I’ve found a few posts 1 2 in my searches that imply they can’t or can only do so in limited capacity (can only move the character levels and currencies), though this might’ve changed in the last year since those were posted
Hello! We are unable to move progress from one account to another, but can provide a limited service in which we can mirror an operatives levels and currencies. However, we have had to pause this service until the 9th of October.

Please note that we are unable to move any equipment, cosmetics, Penances, Blessings, and so on, due to limitations in our backend. We hope that one day these options will be available to us.
