I wanted to play the game on steam because I liked the game when I played with xbox gamepass. Is there any way to transfer my progress? or do I have to start all over again because I don’t want to grind all the way again.
Send them a support ticket. They can’t do a full transfer but they can clone most of the important stuff like character levels.
Dont forget about being able to get free resources to craft back weapons.
