Removing my discord bad appeal

initial post:

"This is regarding darktide discord. I will start from the beginning,

I have had quite a bad experience playing with certain group of people who on my screen has squares in their names. I am talking about public lobbies. It piled on and on and finally today i got quite upset because while i was trying to get the flawless execution penance done, i died on my 13th game, due to someone with squares on their name trolling my game.

I know i shouldnt have, but i vented out the anger in the general chat of darktide discord by typing a single sentence.

i know this wasnt the right thing to do, and i did not extend it further, inspite of people trying to instigate me further (which also should be against the rules in a discord channel no?) people called me names, some people were straight up offensive, i got ganged up on, and even then i kept my cool. one of the guys who was calling me names and instigating me the most, he replied to the initial message and mentioned someone (idk who), and few minutes later i was unable to access darktide discord. i assume i was banned there permanently.

i wasnt given any warnings. i know i did a mistake, and i looked for places to make an appeal, but i cant seem to find anywhere. i sometimes used the darktide discord to look for people to play with as i dont have anyone, or ask for help or help others in return. this is why for me to play this game i would like to make an appeal to let me rejoin the discord again. i have communication issues with the people in my pub games because i dont speak their language, and i dont speak english anymore in the comms, because there is quite a chance for me to get vote kicked.

i hope you understand from my point of view. i know i did a mistake and i apologise. i have 900+ hours in vermintide and now i am clocking close to 400 hours in darktide as well. if my appeal fails, well, i guess i get kicked both ingame because of my server location, outside the game, and kicked from fatshark community as well. i am not lodging complaint against the multitudes of injustice i have faced against people who vote kicks me or instigates me to make more offensive statements within the chat itself. i am just asking for a second chance. thanks."

they are removing it saying it goes against rules. nothing offensive has been said here and i am just asking for appeal. if you want to silence people like me, and keep breaking bread with people who are making it hard for players like me, no wonder, these people are the puppets of tencent.

i want to know why was my initial post deemed inappropriate. i now want to know why are these people allowed to troll my games without any consequences. i apologised enough already. if you dont want to help me, then straight up say no instead of silencing me. i thought the forum atleast had this much freedom of speech no? what is this behaviour? removing people, silencing them without appropriate explanation?

since it is your discord and your forums, do mention it in the rules and regulations that rules are subject to change by trigger happy people, without any understandibility. Thanks.

i want to proper explanation of everything now, or else give me refund i will move on.

i used to defend this company. and this is how they treat people.

The play was to make a support ticket and not make a drama post acting like you’re the first person to get a Darktide discord suspension, or be “trolled” in game.

As for being “trolled” in game. Come on man, jeez.

Its a language pack difference man. You’re complaining that people with either Cyrillic letters, or some other variant alphabet, were mean to you, playing it up like a conspiracy or something. Its just an alphabet thats unsupported by your game version. Let it go homie.

Hi! That was me, I mistakenly removed your post thinking other players had been named and shamed, without realising the comments had already been removed. Sorry for that.

Regardless, I’ve already responded to your submission via the Support Portal to say this has been shared with our Discord moderators, and I’ve informed you of the likely outcome due to the nature of the ban. There is nothing more I can do.

yeah, i agree to you upto a certain degree. but there is no options anywhere to make the appeal. and it is not stated anywhere. guess what? this “drama post” according to you got me a link.

and while still trying to respect your opinion, asking for legitimate answer is considered drama?

Yeah, you made a mistake and the others are the imbeciles. I can already see why you got banned, maybe it’s for the best that it stays that way.
You are making a forum post instead of approaching the discord mods directly via DM. Genius.

I dont think the Devs control the Discord? I could be wrong. And by mods you mean Discord mods? Surely not these FS forums mods whose ability to admit a mistake in this very thread sets them apart from much of the internet?

This post should really be directed towards the Discord mods no?
