No vendetta… but you seriously talk about mods in all thread you can, derailing many discussions… so you’re really not in position to make such accusations. In fact I pointed you that you can report a post for off-topic.’
But in fact it is not… see below
Again I did not. I just say that the current unbalanced talents and weapons have a direct impact on my experience more than any current mod on Nexus could do.
Yes, I know you don’t want to talk / consider the current mod policy. But the important word here is “DIRECT”.
You see the link? I say that the mods on Nexus cannot impact me directly like I can see with the current lack of balance.
Actually, the only explanation of a “direct” link is the fact that the mods could trivialize the game. But in fact, what trivialize the game are not mods but too strong talents / weapons.
I’ve said it numerous times: I tested Spidey Sense, and I don’t use it. The mod hasn’t changed anything about my scoreboards. In fact, I’d even say I’m more efficient when relying on sound rather than visual tracking. That’s because you can use your ears and eyes at the same time, each focusing on something different, like keeping an eye on the enemies in front of you while listening for special cues. But if you rely solely on vision for both, you become less efficient.
I say that they need to make a clarification about them cause several here don’t understand them. But I clearly understand them and I have said you numerous time this.
That’s even why I pointed several times the word “directly” in the rules. Cause I clearly understand them.
All the mods on nexus don’t directly impact you. In fact, you cannot even determinate if someone uses mods and what they use. If they had a direct impact on you, then you would obviously notice it.
And Fatshark is free to say that this mod goes too far, or contact the author to change part of it. But it is still up to Fatshark.
Considering all these discussions, I think that Fatshark has to give answers to players. Even if I understand the rules, I would want to have a list of mods that are forbidden (as examples). This would be a signal that Fatshark is monitoring them. But I guess that a list would need to actualize it, and that’s not something they do well
At least, they can give a clarification for players like you that need some.
