I would appreciate someone else instead of @FatsharkJulia to respond if possible, as I already explained this to her.
I was not aware that I could refund cosmetic items.
I already attempted to get these refunded. I do not use them and do not plan to use them. I regretted purchasing them almost immediately after I bought them. I have not used them and they were a waste of my money.
I now understand there is a 30 day refund policy, again I was not aware of any of this.
I have purchased a decent amount of aquilas from your company and don’t plan on not purchasing cosmetics in the future, however I would like to use the ones I previously for cosmetics I will actually use.
I would really appreciate if you could refund the “Militarum Battlegear (BurningLands campaign)”, all three gear pieces from my Ogryn and the “Peesash Hood” from my Ogryn.
