Hello again, it seems I’ve been playing this game for a month now and it’s amazing. I already requested a refund once, but now with more gameplay experience, I’ve realized that I actually prefer the items I earned through achievements, and I like them more than the things I purchased. I’ve looked at all the cosmetics I really want on the website (mostly backpacks and weapon skins), and they haven’t appeared in the store yet. So, if it’s possible, I’d be really happy if you could simply refund the credits for all the items on my account. I’ll save them up (and of course spend them!) and buy what I need in the future. I guess there’s no point in listing all the purchased items. In total, it’s 4500 Aqvills.

I think I read somewhere that refunds are only possible within two weeks, but it would be awesome if… well, you know. :slight_smile:

P.S. This won’t happen again, and I’ll be more careful in the future!

you cant get a refund after 14 days its in their policy

О, that’s fine, no problem.

Although, I think I do have a Veteran weapon charm and some Psyker gear that were purchased during this time. But yes, rules are rules. :innocent:

Hi Farsveinn, I’ve been able to refund the items listed below. Unfortunately, all other cosmetics were purchased outside of our 14-day refund window which Hitman has posted about above. Sorry about that!

  • MkVIII Field Vox Unit
  • Munitorum Psyker Battledress (Primaris leathers)
  • Relic of the Third War
