  • Spectrus vi model bionic eye
  • Misers cage
  • Excoriator’s Incense Rebreather

@MadMartigan no problem! I can look at refunding these for you. Though as a precursor we can only refund purchases made within the last 30-days. I’ll check these once I have your account deets!

@MadMartigan, apologies but we’re unable to refund these cosmetics as each was purchased outside of our 30-day refund window. Sorry for any disappointment.

Well that really sucks. Please can you make an exception this one time?

As you can see I have made multiple purchases of aquilas and as explained - I bought those before I understood how the shop system worked. I was also unaware of a 30 day window. None of this is explained in the game.

I would really appreciate the gesture of goodwill on this and I’ll obviously bare these rules in mind for future purchases.

You can see on my account I’d given good money to FS. I’ll not be making any purchases like that anymore.
