Hi @C405 , We’re able to refund cosmetics as long they were purchased within 30 days. I’m unable to view your uploaded images - would you mind re-attaching images or providing the names of the cosmetics you wish to refund (again, as long as this is within 30 days of the transaction). Thanks!
