Cannot reach specific breakpoints for sniping specials.
Tested in Keep on dummies afterwards. First shot lost its stagger damage bonus of stagger value 1, stagger bonus to 2nd and 3rd shot are applied correctly
back to top for awareness. I kept it short, because its obvious that the damage bonus is missing, once you test it. If you need additional info, I can provide anything needed, just let me know
