[Range Weapon Specials] The Flash-Light-Tide

Maybe it’s incredibly complex, but after launch of Ogryn Single Stubber noticed the switch on light without Ogryn smash animation when aiming down sights… and it came to me. Can range weapons have two weapon specials?

Range w/ Two Weapons Specials: One activating while aiming and the other while on hip fire.

So pretty much every weapon can have at the very least a melee hit / bayonet stab and flashlight while aiming. Of course, as mentioned in other thread Staves / Flamethrower / Plasma will act more like lanterns with staff type energy / pilot light / charge lighting at small cost to peril / fuel (venting/reloading and relighting to have fun jump scares… might be fun to add battery life to flashlights too).

The range weapon specials are very weak compared to melee’s so this diversity might be a fun balance. Though not sure is all weapons would be lore friendly / look strange with flashlight attached such as much of Ogryn grenade launchers and bolters… but were not exactly professionals either.

Any range weapons I’m missing with incapable weapon special?

This would help a lot with the weapons that get flashlights - maybe not the Ogryn stubber, but the autoguns and infantry lasguns are missing something and this would help.

Well likewise for Stubber it would melee while not aim too.
