I know weapon specials tend to be pretty tame on range weapons but the little melee attack seems silly and forgotten. How about some alternatives or at least stylized to fit staff and gives them multiple marks for the varients.
Staff Mark I (Hitting)
-Peril cost for added effects
- Electro: Add shock damage / stun (single target)(power maul stun)
- Inferno: Add 4 soul burn stack (single target)
- Voidstrike: Add small burst knock back (single target)
- Voidblast: Slam staff into ground occasionally paraphrasing “you shall not pass” in gothic (longer wind up small aoe knock back)

-minimal peril cost
- Electro: electic light
- Inferno: Fire light
