Randomized missions on timer with specific weekly condition was a bad idea

missions with randomized secondary objectives locked to difficulties, along with having specific weekly goals for said secondary objectives, is horrible design. whoever thought these two systems would work well together should re-think their career choice.

if i want to collect grimoires for my weekly, i either have to play at difficulty 2 or 1 (as the only other mission it’s available is hi-intensity 5,) which is so unfun i refuse to, or i have to sit and wait for 15 minutes and hope it appears when i refresh.

i just launched the game and was planning to work on my weekly, but the only grimoire missions were at rating 1/2 and 5^ (hi-intensity 5), meaning it’s either gonna be boring at rating 1/2, or impossible with a PUG, and so i just quit the game again instead of even playing once. it’s very rare that a game itself is actively discouraging me from playing by its own design. yet somehow, this one does.
