Radeon GPUs have subpar performance experience compared to Nvidia

Issue Description (Required):

I have a Radeon 7900 XTX and a RTX 5080.
on the RTX card I get perfect gaming experience - no compains.
On the radeon card the 1% low fps is abysmal. Average FPS is fine, no complains there but give the capabilities of the card, it should be able to run the game without the stutters.

There are several “guides/configs” etc on this topic. A user should not have to use these. I did not have to look up for RTX card, Fatshark should address these issues. Can you please pass on the issue to the tech team. Its been a long time, this issue should be fixed.

Update:

The things that helped:

Install Xbox game bar. if you have a something like a 9950X3D, it turns off half the cores during games which helps the performance. also reduce the threads ingame.

the new update bound by duty helped a lot as well. Now the 1% dips seem a lot better. Its still not perfect, but getting there.
