Punishing Salvo trait provides almost no damage increase

Issue Description:
Punishing Salvo (+15% weakspot damage to 2nd and 3rd shots in a salvo) adds about 1-2% damage, not 15% damage.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Fire 3-shot salvo at enemy weakspot in Meat Grinder
  2. Observe damage done.
  3. Fire single shot at enemy weakspot.
  4. Observe damage discrepancy.

Reproduction Rate:
Constant (100%)

Upload Supporting Evidence:

Single-shot damage on Unyielding weakspot: 36
Theoretical 3-shot damage with functional perk: 36 + 2(36x1.15) = 118.8
Actual damage: 110, roughly 2.8% increase for 2nd/3rd shot.

Single-shot damage on Flak weakspot: 54
Theoretical 3-shot damage: 54 + 2(54x1.15) = 178.2
Actual damage: 164, roughly 1.9% increase for 2nd/3rd shot.

I have noticed this as well, using the Graia Autogun with Punishing Salvo(Rank 4 - 20% damage increase).

Damage on a Bomber in the meat grinder(damnation)

1st headshot = 200 damage
2nd/3rd headshots = 222

Meaning slightly higher than 10% weakshot damage bonus

Not an accurate reflection of the In-Game description

not all your dmg gets increased. only the bonusdmg you deal due to weakspots gets increased. i.e. normal hit 100dmg, weakspot hit 120 dmg - so this 20 weakspot dmg increases.
