After testing, it seems like the “+20% weak spot damage” is calculated as follow:
(weak_spot_damage - normal_damage) * (1 + 0.2) + normal_damage
I thought it should be like:
weak_spot_damage * (1 + 0.2)
If this is not a bug, then I think this blessing is a little bit useless?
It has already been answered.
the +20% weak spot damages is calculated as you said.
Same goes for +x% critic damages etc.
We’re all agree that:
it is not intuitive
is really badly labelled
But it is working as expected.

Unless if I’m mistaken and perks are used in the Attack Breakdowns, this doesn’t make sense. I don’t know if the bonus is additive or multiplicative but either way it should result in more than 450. How are these things calculated?
Yep. Basically any perk or blessing that increases weakspot or critical weakspot damage is beyond worthless on 99,8% of weapons and builds, and highly questionable on the remaining 0,2% weapons and builds.

Yes since the explanation of how it works, I have never put such perk.
I would even say that they can remove them
