Toughness regen stops when you dodge or push. I don’t recall this being the case before the recent patches, but it’s not documented in the patch notes, and it’s marked as “not a bug” in bug reports. Stamina regen was already blocked by dodging which was fine, but adding toughness regen to that makes melee feel like you’re being punished just for daring to interact with its mechanics in a game with multiple melee-focused classes.
It worked that way before.
Still kinda annoying that it dodges stop stamina regen.
At least for the pushes it makes sense, since they cost stamina.
