-Have less than 100% toughness
-Enter coherency and start auto-regen
-Dodge or push
-Toughness regen will stop and restart after a short period, which can be looped in the regular melee combat of ‘dodging and use pushes’
I also noticed that carrying objects looks like its blocking this regen as well.
