I spent 40 minutes in a match using Disrupt Destiny with Perfectionism and Cruel Fortune, with it not dropping below 16 stacks for at least 30 minutes in total. I managed to hit 15 stacks shortly into the mission, and when I checked the penance progress back on the mourningstar afterwards, it seems to have stopped counting after I hit the 16+ stacks mark for a prolonged period.
The buffs themselves seemed to be applied and DD feels much more consistent now, but the penance just seems not to track properly, at least when Perfectionism is taken.
UPDATE: Managed to get it done using Lingering Influence, however whilst tracking it in the tactical overlay in missions, the penance progress only updates once you fall below 15 stacks. when I did so for the final time today, it popped.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Pick the Disrupt Destiny Keystone
- Pick the Perfectionism and Cruel Fortune nodes
- Stay at 16+ DD stacks in mission for x amount of time
- x amount of time apparently not counted for the penance
OR
- Pick Disrupt Destiny Keystone
- Choose either mutually exclusive follow up node
- Stay at 15+ stacks for y amount of time
- Y amount of time will not be counted for the penance until you drop below 14 stacks again
