Hi, it seems that starting a mission partially disables Disrupt Destiny. Here’s what works:
•targets get marked
•movement speed bonus on killing market targets
and here’s what doesn’t work:
•damage stacks
•headshot kills grant +2 stacks

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. use disrupt destiny
  2. start mission

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Often (<75%)

Platform (Required):

PC - Steam

It’s a visual bug, try in the games where it’s glitched to still reach the maximum stacks you can and you’ll see in the penance you’ve progressed.

If you are on pc you can use mods to fix it

yea i dunno if its actually stacking, the counter icon thing doesnt appear like every like 1 out of 2 games

As said above: It works but the UI won’t show the icon correctly. I had the icon either not appearing at all or stuck at 1 stack and still managed to get the penance for keeping max stacks progressed.
