Disrupt Destiny stacks are not stacking properly

Issue Description (Required):

Psyker’s keystone talent Disrupt Destiny’s sub node Lingering Influence supposed to increase Disrupt Destiny’s duration from 4 sec to 10 sec. Either Lingering Influence is not working properly or the UI element of Disrupt Destiny is not working properly. This issue has been reported multiple times, please look into it.

Steps to reproduce this bug is unknown, it does not trigger constantly; sometimes the buff icon works sometimes it does not.

Happens with Siphon too. Icon is not there and I didn’t pay enough attention to the ability CDR timer if it went down or not.

PLEASE fix this. This bug still exists, and it’s extremely annoying not being able to track stacks. When stacks are high, I would be less inclined to prioritize DD targets, and when stacks are low, I would be more inclined to prioritize them.

But with this bug, there’s no way to know how many I have, or if it’s even helping do jack.

It’s a major disincentive to using Disrupt Destiny.

And while you’re at it, please make Disrupt Destiny functional in The Meat Grinder.
