Keystone, Disrupt Destiny, stops building stacks irregularly while using Lingering Influence. It’s supposed to add 6 seconds to timer, but instead sometimes just vanishes. The speed boost buff is still gained, could be HUD issue.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Gain stacks of Disrupt Destiny while Lingering Influence and(?) Cruel Influence has been picked. Try again if they can be seen. Have not seen issue while using Perfectionism.
