Psyker Kinectic Flayer incorrect damage

Issue Description:
Psyker’s Feat Kinectic Flayer procs but doesn’t calculate correct damage for Crushers or Bulwarks.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Attack Ogryn enemy with Feat
  2. See proc animation, but incorrect damage

I agree the proc of kinetic flayer on bulwark is bugged, doing 0 damage. But what I think happens on the carapace armored ogryn is simply that your Brain Burst procs a Kinetic flayers on hit, resulting in double damage occurence (~826 BB + ~826 Kinetic F.)

Hah you’re right, oops. I didn’t even know Kinetic Flayer could proc on BB.
