Issue Description:
kinetic flayer brain bursts do not damage bulwark enemies despite properly triggering

Steps to Reproduce:
[Please add the steps that can help our QA department in reproducing the issue. For example:]

  1. Play Psyker with level 25 trait Kinetic Flayer
  2. Attack Bulwark with any attack to trigger kinetic flayer
  3. Kinetic flayer activates and staggers bulwark along with the visual effect of brain burst but does not deal damage. My suspicion is the shield is blocking the damage as when it triggers you get a blue hitmarker denoting the attack was negated by the shield or armor

Thank you for your report! In your testing, have you noticed this happening only when the feat is triggered by hitting the Bulwark from the front, or does it happen from all angles?

It is all angles. I will be submitting a bug post with a video highlighting the interaction with all the Ogryn enemies.

This bug has either not been fix or has returned, though it doesn’t seem to be very reproducible. It seems to either apply kinetic flayer or not on a whim no matter the angle.

Cancelling warp overload seemed to fix it temporarily.

Did you forget Kinetic Flayer doesn’t proc if you’re at critical peril

But it’s still putting the ability on cooldown.
