Loving the frequency of update patches. Hopefully we can get some of these issues solved asap. I’m just gonna list a few things which our teams have encountered the last few patches of games…
Psykinetic’s Wrath not triggering when pressed on occasion, sometimes just doing the animation and staggering NOTHING in front of you, or playing the audio or sound effect with no wave animation or game effect.
Psyker’s dropping dead for no reason. Not blowing up. Just losing everything and dropping. Like that Kerillian dropping dead bug from v2 a while ago.
Sometimes either an instakill from a single poxwalker jab removing 100% toughness and HP in one hit. Basically character just loses toughness- no drain, just gone, then HP gone and downed.
Lag spikes keep happening then suddenly before you have control back, 12+ enemies have spawned out of your bum and silent backstabbed you.
freezing at end of matches in reward screen.
Switching from BB to weapon keeps sticking on right mouse charge.
Sniper hordes are spawning beyond the doors of events and nuking teams through the closed doors.
Certain penances (Out with a bang / Pick N mix-psyker /20 min run for zealot) will not trigger for anyone who got them in either the pre-release phase or first 2 (launch) phases. This was a big issue. Which sucks a little- for some a little glitch that can be looked over, for those of us tide addicts, it’s basically being permanently penalised for having pre-ordered and supported the game in the bad times and being denied cosmetics we earned. It’s in a KNOWN ISSUES section but I think a lotta folks given up on em. Call it some OCD but I can’t have my main class unfinished. It’s grinding on me after 840 hours and pulling them off a headdesk number of times.
Got a major crash too following high instability in an event (log below :))
If you do NOT encounter any of these bugs/glitches, then you needn’t alert us with redundant comments about how you haven’t had them. That’s useless to the rest of us who have and the devs trying to fix them.

Some of us having one of these, some all. Just play damnation or heresy. Dunno if there’s some of these for other classes, I only play psyker right now.
