Issue Description: GENERAL BUGS
**Steps to reproduce -
Blessing Warp Nexus just says 5% to 20% and does not mention critical chance.
Crashes since the new update with the chaos spawn so many more crashes.
Chaos spawn can yeet players out of the map my friend and I both got yeeted through a map wall by getting pinned by a chaos spawn.
Psykers Clothing from the commissary has clipping mainly the 1.5million outfit green scarf at the waist and the epic psyker outfit with the goggles with no face mask does not show the facial hair of the character.
When using the special ability on a psykers staff sometimes the animation will not show for the second swing and just jump to end of the animation causing an abrupt and jarring hit.
MOST ANNOYINGLY, PRE-GAME LOBBIES CANNOT CHANGE LOAD OUT OR COSMETICS. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND HAS BEEN AN ISSUE SINCE THE LAUNCH OF THE CHAOS SPAWN.
Changing gear and cosmetics causes the character to become mostly invisible for sometimes up to 30 seconds or out doesn’t change the outfit at all.
When ranged enemies are swapping weapons sometimes they will hold their laser rifles like eviscerators for a split moment then swap to their actual melee weapon.
Sometimes hits will not register especially egregious with the Surge staff as sometimes when enemies are close the lighting will not hit enemies.
Ogyrns charge will sometimes not engage and worse if you press the button couple of seconds before the ability its ready it will auto-use the ability when it is ready. This causes moments of double tapping and canceling the charge just because of input lag. FIX PLEASE.
