A couple of months ago, customization on my psyker character completely broke down. For some reason the game crashes and lags because of this. I don’t see this in my other characters.
I checked the game files using steam, but even after steam fixed 5 files, the bug did not go away, but remained.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

I don’t know how this error appeared. It’s just that after the mission I received the MIND WITCH’S DUTY ROBES pants and put them on along with the STORM WITCH’S MINISTRY RUBS and then this same bug appeared.
