Hi ! The issue I have is that the reward the psyker penance “Kinetic killer(2)”, the Psi-veil, is not showing on my character, when in the cosmetic menu it is listed as equipped and is shown on the character, but once I exit the menu it does not appear on my character, I tried reloading and restarting the game but it doesn’t resolve the issue … thanks again for your support and this amazing game!
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
1 enter cosmetic menu
2 equip the Psi-veil item
3 exit menu and item not appearing on the character

No, I don’t use mods
