Kinetic Killer(1) and Cliffhanger Cosmetics not appearing

Upon unlocking these two penances, they are not appearing on my cosmetic page. I went to switch operatives to see if that would fix it, but it did not.

Could you share the console log that corresponds with the session in which you completed these Penances, and the URL to your Steam profile please?
