I can’t join one of my friends who is playing on PS4. I am playing on PS5. When I try to join it just says connection timeout and boots me back to my keep. My friend cannot join on me either. We can both join on another friend of ours who plays on PS4 as well but not each other. This started with the Grudge Mark update. My psn name is Planewings.
Could you both check what your NAT Type is, please? I believe this can be done on both the PS4 and 5 by navigating to Settings > Network > View Connection Status . The NAT Type should be listed at the bottom of the page.
