NOTE THIS IS NOT A POST HATING ON THE ITEM SHOP SO IF YOURE HERE FOR THAT PLEASE LEAVE THANK YOU This post is only a suggestion to help add ontop of the shop and to quell issues or one major one as such for us players.
My major issue i feel with the current shop is the continuous reskins or some bundles as such implementing more reskin models only with different textures or small aspects that dont add much to the weapon as a whole, my only plea i want from you fatshark if you are reading is at least give us the option to buy addtional skins ONTOP OF said premium cosmetic we paid

Lets say you bought a recent bundle of a cosmetic that has the same model as such, and a few months down the road the same model is released with a different texture applied. NOW while i understand that money should be made, fatshark I feel you are making healthy amounts of income with the shop store and the new subsequent sales coming in… IM NOT SAYING CHANGE THE STORE!!! but i am saying is to at least give us the option to use our ordo dockets to pay for different applied skins ontop of our cosmetics, that way when we see a bundle we enjoy or a cosmetic we love but we dont like the color, we can grind for a newer color set for FREE without the need to pay for an additional reskin ontop.
This is just a suggestion so please do look more into this fatshark thank you :).
Fatshark outsources their MTX store cosmetics to a Chinese sweatshop named Adia Studios: https://www.adiadigital.com/
So I believe that selling the same pants (lazily without a recolor) with two different Psyker sets and releasing those two sets months apart (rotating store) to obfuscate that the pants are in fact one and the same earns/saves Fatshark a lot of money, and since cosmetics from the in-game MTX store are so expensive for us players to buy, it’s just good business!
To be fair to Fatshark: a lot of game developers outsource to Adia, but the purpose is clearly to save money by outsourcing the labor, which would cost a lot if they employed a worker to whom they had to pay an actual salary, instead of outsourcing it to China, where salaries… Yeah…
sounds like you are saying to change the store. why are you hating on the cosmetic store? i’m buying everything and i’m happy. stop the hate threads bro
I think selling the exactly same knife as 2 different models was the worst example ever (iirc someone proved they’re identical by analyzing the graphics)
But whatever one can say about skins being expensive and often recolors of the same models, what upsets me the most is this damn fomo bs that I need to wait for the stars to align in order to buy what I want. One of those incredibly annoying hamster wheel tactics they use to keep people “engaged” until they aren’t because they left.
