I mostly just want there to be enough special condition variety that they rarely repeat. So I want both the new and old condition in the mix, along with every other special. Each special does need manual tweaking to make them play well. For example the “extra Snipers” condition could really just be 30-40% more total sniper spawns over a match and that’d be plenty.
This marks a noticeable improvement in communicating. It’s noticed and appreciated!

Well if you actually are after qenuine feedback then yes, hit it. Tough i really hope for remarkable improvments instead of just 2 random dogs appearing now and then.
In the interests of feedback and finding out if the dogs and condition are less likely to make me want to uninstall, go for it.
If the changes don’t stop me from wanting to uninstall, the test needs to be canned ASAP.
The polls suggest otherwise, the LOUDEST people don’t enjoy it.
The negative sentiment towards this game is really starting to sound super whiny over time, especially after this patch. The devs obviously are trying to make a game people will enjoy, and yet there are always those who spew poison at every post because it’s still not exactly how THEY want it.

As long as your working on them frame skipping onto my head through a wall
I like huntig grounds more than lights out and ventilation purge, not beeing able to see is just annoying, the doggos is something you can fight. Still i wish they were less buggy.
Anyway give us more interesting modifiersn like doggos, no more you are going to be blinded for all the run. Thank you.
There’s a lot of dogs now. It’s definitely more interesting when there are so many of them and they are easier to kill, but they jank a bit as soon as there are obstacles they have to jump over and tight corners.
Just came back to give this game a try after a while, wanted a relatively quick game, one of my first was a easy dogs just to get me back imto things. Spawn in mid mission, team mate down to dogs, 2 seconds later i am jumped, come on give me a bloody chance. Didnt help that i seemed to jump into a toxic squad. I really dont find dogs fun.
Please let us pick our own modifiers.
Dogs are far too broken to have their own modifier, but frankly I couldn’t care less, just let me play hi intensity instead of only being allowed a limited quantity of fun.
Well even with the new dog modifier i don’t particularly like it. I think the mod would be lot cooler if it rotated specials/elites so you could get say 10 dogs, followed by 10 reapers followed by 10 maulers, etc.
Or you could just make it so you get some types of kill sguads sent after you with mix of multiple things.
After few times it just becomes super predictable and repetitive again. I can see this current mod also causing lots of frustration if it stays this way, especially for newer players and for those who really despise dogs for one reason or another. Its definitely improvement to the old one but still i think high intensity is miles better.
New Hounds is very bearable. 8-12 dogs that die in 1-2 hits, differentiated from normal dogs by glowing eyes, very obvious sound cue. I like it!
Ed: Would be nice to rename them to ‘Lesser Pox Hound’ or ‘Juvenile Pox Hound’ in the kill feed to differentiate them from the standard ones.
10 dogs are quite a lot cosidering that they are more than double the amount of the players, they instantly disable you and cannot be one shotted and is very hard to predict their pathing.
One game 1 zealot flamer killed them all solo, other game ogryn with stubber was enough and in the last one i tried we just had autogun veteran who pretty much did the work.
It was just so rare of an occurance to see even 2 dogs getting into melee range. The only time it happened was really the first because none knew what to expect.
Those dogs also have way less HP than the regular ones so you can kill multiples with just one melee attack.
I swear killing puppies never been so fun! Any difficulty - those puppies are so squishy. Can’t wait 'till devs implement child-deamonhost, for extra map mode.

Just get their AI to work correctly, fix them clipping through landscape, and fix their hitboxes to be actually dodgeable
How about this; instead of periodical hox pounds we get single pack of 8-10 wolves for the hunting grounds condition. They spawn with a greater howl indicator so you get to prepare. It would be like a mini-boss situation instead of Rng slap in the face.
What about adding a hound master unit . When you hear the hound howl that can be a trigger to let players know one has spawned. Or you could have 2 triggers maybe a whistle for the mob and then the dog howl to let you know they are coming.
He will then send out packs of 3 dogs every min or 2 till he is found and killed. Wile hunting grounds is active. You could also use it for normal maps too but with 1 dog.
Mob Could be sneaky but not be able to use doors to hide or have some kind of limited movement or AI so it dose not run and hide in doors and jump walls give it a tazer/cattle prod zapping stunning weapon maybe a toned down surge staff type . Maybe 2 or 3 of them over a full map could be fun
that could be a fun way to make hunting grounds unique.
