Powered weapons

I think we both agree the power sword is tedious but I think the main misunderstanding is you don’t want a charge weapon to be extremely OP for a few swings then trash when its not.

You want it to be a solid base weapon like the evis and chain sword and be able to swing it freely and feel good while doing it then only need to charge it up when you need to like fighting certain enemy’s.

If you pull out your Thunder Hammer and wipe the floor for 3 hits then it turns into a trash weapon it feels horrible 80% of the time to use since your waiting for it to passively charge back up or constantly powering it up.

And that leads to tons of forum posts of people asking why can’t it just be skipped it’s a chore.

“I don’t like this thing so it must be broken” doesn’t require proof from me. You don’t get it. Keep playing maybe you’ll figure out how to play. Or not, your choice.

Thank you for your thorough report, OP. However, at least as described in the original post, this is all working as intended. I’ll move the thread over to Gameplay Feedback so that the rest of the conversation can carry on.
