That’s very strange, that shouldn’t be possible I think :o I’ve gotten 13 cosmetics, always for the character I’m using. that might be a bug if that happened to you!

I also got another 2 of them way before the 1.1 patch, so I have a total of 13. (droprate back then was way lower for me, as I’ve probably opened 150-200 or so commendation chests before i started saving them up, and only got 2 cosmetics)
Have now exhausted all of my comm chests.

You might have got all the hats. You said you got 11? I’m guessing there’s 10 hats for each job. The Devs stated that after you get all the hats for a class, you will get a new random one for another class.
EDIT: Never mind, misread it. Thought it was shadowsprite who got a kruber hat while on HM.
But at the same time, how many hats are there? The devs said 110+ or something right? With 10 for each job, that would be 150 hats.
No, they said 100+ cosmetics. This includes skins, hats, portraits and possibly weapon skins. Also this is the number of added cosmetics, not total.
As for total hats, now there is at least 30 of them in the game -15 original + 15 challenge hats. It is known, that there is more actually, but it’s unknown how much more. I think about 35-45 hats - but even that is not accurate.

Didn’t want to open them cause of no bad luck protection still, but was forced to, since now hats are going to be divided by rarity and it’s going to be even harder to get good ones.

Yep and they are going to lock old chests so you don’t get any of the new stuff but the bad changes are probably going to apply anyway.
