Like I mentioned earlier, Volley Crossbow is a signature weapon of darkelves, just like IB flamethrower weapons or slayer dual wielding axes.
I just dont understand why people complain or argue about career X that has Y which career Z hasnt - like why? Just play career X then.
We have so many career internal weapon related problems right now, that Fatshark shouldnt get flooded with arguments of who should have which weapon and instead fix the current ones.
Like the Volley crossbow staying in altfire mode, leading to a huge waste of ammo if you dont wait.
Like the Pickaxe that has, for some reason, no armour piercing and and incredible lacking second LMB attack.

The OP’s asking why xbow can’t be given to the other 2 classes because it will be more fun. We’re trying to illustrate that it will cause balance issues.

I agree with balance issues on WS, but then Maybe for handmaiden at least. I mean- it’s PvE game, I understand balance needs to be done, but fun should always be first.
Shade need some ammo sustain and her backstabs are useless with how aggro works in this game.
If not for WS, then at least for Handmainden and increase the ammo on Xbow from 15/15 to 15/30. What I try to achieve is more requent usage of Xbos because it fun weapon to use but due to restriction to one (worst) elf career and low ammo count it’s really a gem hidden in the mood, because it just doesn’t work on current Shade.
Not to mention the awuful switch between primary and alt fire on it… ughhhh…
