Please make Dark Rituals permanent

Its an really fun and amazing Modifier.

The Totems look nice and add a lot of immersion to what the Cultists are up to and the additional Intensity; Chaos Spawns coming out of it and Captains makes a lot of fun.

It would be really a shame and waste if it was just temporary.

so, this event WILL become a modifier in havoc just like all the ones before, but it’ll likely change a bit so that the skulls have some other reason for being there.

It’s better than Pox Gas.

Why just Havoc and not an permanent Modifier for normal Matches?

Barely anyone plays Havoc and then you would need to find / get a Rank with the Modifier while on the board it is way more likely to be available 24/7

Making it an Havoc-exclusive Modifier would just be a waste as well which you can’t even play most of the time

Yeah dude it could be nice adation along with few other modifiers, but like Lexxxielove said it will be likley havoc modifier.
And dont look for sense in being it only havoc thing, its Fatshark there is none.

the reason i specified Havoc is because that’s how it always is. every event has been turned into a havoc modifier, why would they change that now?

They didn’t the Radio Comm Modifer into Havoc Modifier afaik.

But i also think it is more likely that the Dark Ritual won’t be an Havoc Modifier but will be like an returning Event each year during Skulls. I’d very like it to be permanent but that seems to be the most likely for me; if they made it perment / for Havoc they would have to remove the whole Skull thing of it but if it just temporary now they can just recycle it each year for Skulls Event

I don’t know why you’d kill totems post event though.

Ogryn event made more sense to add as perma modifier.

Perhaps have totems also spawn chaos spawns when ignored for too long after passing forcing the destruction… krak grenade also really shines 1shotting them

Because they buff nearby Enemies; maybe could increase the radius in which it buffs Enemies and if not destroyed could be spawning buffed Enemies and as you said Chaos Spawns until destroyed.

And i think even if just left like as is it is now minus the Skulls it would be fun; the Dark Ritual Modifier seems to already spawn more Horde Enemies and Captains and a Chaos Spawn when you attack / destroy it.

And they look cool. Its actually something new, got something to do and more immersive on the Maps

Well yah but you could just pull enemies away from it if hard to kill, run past and ignore it without the cause of getting skulls.

I think a random worst summoning per pillar if not destroyed when encountered would be sufficient but even then for the time it takes to destroy people may opt to let it proc randomly too.

“Will” it’s an event and not all of them get put into havoc.

Could make it a new side obj. Be an objectively better option than scripts or grims.
Make the payoff less since they’re easier, or buff the totems to keep the payoff.
Work on coding them into more direct traversal lanes vs off path.

Just please don’t memory hole this great modifier!! The work is already done, don’t waste it, I beg of you FS.
