This player plus another were holding quickplay hostage and wouldn’t start until players agreed to play a deed. This shouldn’t be allowed; quickplay is just for jumping into a game quickly. It’s in the name, if players want to do deeds they should go and make a group and not hold quickplay hostage. If that’s the case we should be able to host our own quickplay games, i’d still like to receive the bonus without having to quit playing every so often because of asshats like this who don’t want to play the normal game and force others to play deeds.

I’m assuming that you’re on console, as there is a sanctioned mod on PC to enable you to host quickplays. You can pre easy set QPs to private once ur in game but can only do it once you have control of ur character, and this is on PC, not sure if you can on console.

You are extremely arrogant towards players who has no other tool at hand to play deeds. It’s not possible to start a deed quickplay lobby and I suffered enough with this terrible system to sympathize with those players.

idk what you’re trying to say, but you can absolutely just sit in quickplay lobby and hold it hostage until the entire group agrees to play a deed or leaves and hopes they get put into a separate lobby. Currently there IS a system for deeds it’s the matchfinder that’s built into the game no need for mods and you can set it for deeds, books, whatever you want.

You are evading the subject. There is no tool for players to gather others for deeds outside of starting a game, canceling when the lobby is full, and starting a deed.
On the other hand, you can host a quickplay with this mod.
You are being purposefully obtuse… There is no need for third party programs. You can ABSOLUTETLY, 100%, start a custom game, when people join say “deed”, and bam you’ve got yourself a group. You DO NOT need to use quickplay to do this. Quickplay is for just that, quickly jumping in to play. Not making a group for deeds. Stop trying to force people to download mods when there are already systems built into the game for you to do this. You are part of the problem.
Edit: you saying “there is no tool” is just flat out misinformation. There is a tool so please be careful about misleading people by saying this. Console players currently have NO option to opt out of this kind of behavior; which is certain that players using Quickplay to host deeds instead of “custom games” and not letting others just play a quickplay game until they play a deed. There is no arrogance in wanting to use the systems as they were intended and also not wanting to be bottle necked into doing activities you don’t want to do.
If players start a custom game and wait in the lobby, quickplayers will join to them the very same way as they join lobbies that were started as quickplays.
you don’t sign up with quickplay. You literally use your lobby browser to find members. Idk why this is hard for people. Signing up with quickplay matches you with literally everyone. Searching through the lobby browser is literally going through games that aren’t in qp and you can see the deed groups by the ones that are in their keep…
