People only seem to be annoyed by Vocal Fry when it comes from a woman.
Never heard anyone complain about it with Winston Churchill
or Sean Connery as Bond.

How about the male Loose Cannon vet voice then?
That’s been in since launch, has significant creaky voice/vocal fry. Couple other’s do too.

Growling and vocal fry are not the same thing. The loose cannon does not use vocal fry as evidenced by your clip. Sean Connery does and it’s just as annoying. Not sure why you’re trying to argue some weird sexism point. You either like hearing vocal fry at least half of every sentence when Dukane talks or you find it really weird and distracting.
Track to 1:12 and tell me that’s not Vocal Fry.
