@FatsharkKitefin Please relay this to whomever it may concern! :purple_heart: We need nerfs and buffs. The cycle of powercreep must be broken. Darktide’s powercreep has reached such a crisis point that the AI Director is just throwing spam tantrums of Elite and Specialist Enemies because the Player…

[image] Khorne_Dawg: I really liked @dwOd_v4nd4hl ’s idea to decrease its Damage Reduction to 50% while increasing its Duration to 15s. 30% or less would probably be fine, too, since he’s got multiple sources or TDR throughout the tree

I saw someone with the idea that it should apply to ranged only and I think that would be fine. It can stay on 80% for all I care. You could then pop it, and still have the badass “NO GUNNER, I GUN YOU” feeling, while still avoiding melee hits or pox bursters for that matter. I would kinda prefer t…

In addition, due to the large influx of beginners and the overwhelming lack of players with deep knowledge of the game, the majority of the current player base either doesn’t understand or isn’t even aware of the existing issues.

Yeh it’s fairly out of control at the moment. Was in a nice spot a few months ago. Powerful but now it’s just silly. I find my self not even trying a lot if I play Arbites. It wouldn’t take much to sort the major outliers. Fine tune everything else later.

They must be, but you’re right it’s hard to tell these days. I write an entire post, trying to backup my argument, I have 1700 hours in the game, I played the class, got it maxxed and played havoc with it, but according to him I’m apparently still someone who never plays and am just mad cause I don…

The “never nerf” crowd always act like that.

Seperate to my last comment, this is in regards to the overall topic; I think the imbalance between the classes and some loadouts is just out of control. Usually that’s not such a bad thing (look at helldivers), people will just play what’s strongest / meta this patch and move on to the next thing…

Unable and/or unwilling to entertain abstract thought. I’ve used DS4, Plasma, and am still 100 mission penance chasing my space cop. Mr E’s rat king was my favorite build on Zealot for about 2 weeks. Then it got boring because of how good DS4 is. Plasma Gun is far less impactful to any given missi…
