I just want the penances done insignia for each class to show next to the portrait.
Also, it gives me something to aim for while playing the game and mixing it up.

If it was between “releasing the DLC now” or “holding back the release to get the accommodating stuff in with the DLC”, I’d want the dlc earlier and wait for the rest.
But it does feel like an unfinished implementation where the less important fluff is concerned.
I agree…
But maybe… communicate on this?
Oh sorry… it looks dumb to say “we did not finish the product, but buy it please”.
How is it named? Oh I know… early access…
gestures at the six months they’ve had to develop stuff that isn’t just a pair of rejiggered maps for a game mode nobody asked for and some cutscenes
They’ve had a lot of time to develop things. Fatshark continues to have the second worst development pace of any game company I’ve actually encountered.
oh absolutely, for sure.
I’m just saying that it’s all that important but I’m not going to dispute the fact that it’s what you could call “the bare minimum”.
Like, you had all this time and nobody asked “what else should be there when a new class launches?” That had to have crossed their mind because there are 61 penances with the minimum of cosmetics for their reward so they have to have a checklist.
It’s very weird that mortis trial support wasn’t on that list but it’s also not surprising that, had it been on there for consideration, that it was cut (for now)
I guess I’m saying that there is stuff clearly missing and that it shouldn’t be missing but I can understand that what’s missing isn’t super important.
to sate my curiosity; who’s in first place?
Bethesda. Decade plus long development times for the closest thing to ChatGPT generated story writing and quests humans have ever achieved.
lol
some 12 or so auric maelstroms did it for me
cause i wont touch psyker with a ten pole and lost interest in zealot very quickly
being worried about kill stealing in a tide game is weird. Regardless of if I have one of these keystones im going to dome every special and elite I see.
When a keystone requires you (and you specifically) to kill something to trigger, and doesn’t trigger off a teammate doing it, it generates that kind of incentive and feelsbad.
I dont agree.
It might not do so for you, but it clearly does so for others, and we have a number of threads across an array of platforms raising the same issues.
Looks like the majority of the complaint is that the enemies are random or arbitrary and it incentivises killing marked over priority targets. Thats an issue that doesn’t really feel relevant to the Arbite version.
There’s an array of issues people have, but Teammate kills are still called out as an issue explicitly in the OP post of all of them in some form except the Steam thread. The potential killstealing feelsbad is definitely there for people trying to proc their ability, there’s a competition incentive introduced even if that isn’t the intention.
Also happens with Brainburst frequently though I’m not sure that one has a reasonable fix, but having so many targets killed just before bursting them is definitely one of the reasons I tend to run Assail far more often (the other being wonky targeting of clustered or distant enemies).
Eyyyy! That’s meeee!
When I first saw the keystone, I thought it would be based around the player being the one to pick priority targets, similar to vet’s target designation keystone.
been playing with this keystone most of the afternoon, I really like it, it has huge range and a fast tick rate, sure sometimes people kill the target but if its even remotely busy your swimming in targets and its actually good special spotter often reveals snipers and the like before i see them.
