Issue Description (Required):
The game hard stutters when I shot the plasma gun in an online game, this only happens when I’m in a mission but not the psykhanium so I think its an issue with the servers. My friend also has this issue so it’s not something on my end.
Attempted Solutions (Optional):
I’ve tried restarting the game I verified the game files, did a sfc scan and updated/did a clean instal of gpu drivers
