Plasma gun has no stamina drain with deadshot

Issue Description:
When holding secondary fire/right click with the plasma gun with deadshot selected as a feat, there is neither the stamina drain from deadshot on firing or having it active.

I cannot confirm if the feat is working at all.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip deadshot
  2. Equip magnacore plasma gun
  3. hold secondary fire
  4. No stamina drain
  5. (Optional steps following) Fire
  6. Enjoy your lack of stamina drain
