It seems plasma alt fire (right click) is not benefiting from deadeye.
no extra crit or stamina loss.

mods used are all quality of life, none is gameplay related.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Choose Veteran & Plasma Gun
2. Equip deadeye perk
3. Hold Right Click (notice no stamina drain)
4. shot with right click (no stamina drain)

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
